As a result, De Gruyter, along with its partner presses, is making freely available books and journal articles across nine topical areas for all students and faculty. Presenta los resultados del análisis del discurso de la información de los diarios Puntal Villa María y El Diario del Centro del País en el tratamiento del juicio con jurado popular que condenó a cadena perpetua a una vecina de Villa María acusada de ser la autora intelectual del asesinato de su concubino. Ambos medios pusieron en práctica estrategias enunciativas coincidentes y complementarias con los argumentos esgrimidos en el proceso acusatorio, no exento de principios androcéntricos de dominación. La convergencia entre la representación jurídica y el discurso mediático no se explica por la actuación fortuita de sujetos particulares sino que da cuenta de la puesta en acto de mecanismos de reproducción y legitimación con raíces profundas. Para una mejor comprensión del proceso analítico, y lectura de sus conclusiones, anticipamos una articulación teórica y metodológica entre una caracterización de la sociedad, los medios de comunicación y el discurso de la información.
This document is part of the research project entitled "Security / Insecurity from a gender perspective" during the years 2014-15 developed in UNVM. It presents the results of discourse analysis news daily Puntal Villa María and El Diario del Centro del País in treating trial jury that sentenced to life imprisonment a resident of Villa Maria accused of being the intellectual author of the murder his concubine. Both media implemented declarative matching and complementary strategies with the arguments in the adversarial process, not exempt from androcentric principles of male domination. The convergence between legal representation and media discourse is not explained by the fortuitous action of particular subjects but realizes the enactment of mechanisms of reproduction and legitimation with deep roots. For a better understanding of the analytical process, and reading their conclusions, we anticipate a
